With fire systems being designed to protect 24 hours a day, Firecrest Services Ltd has a dedicated team of service engineers throughout the UK providing scheduled preventative maintenance calls, in addition to reactive service calls, 24 hours a day. This service includes a 24 hour call out service with guaranteed response times (subject to contract).

Our support staff are well placed to ensure that all projects are completed on time to the highest of safety standards.

 

Our Service Management System has been designed to alert our service staff to any potential shortfalls in service levels before they occur, ensuring customer protection and satisfaction 365 days a year.

Audited Escalation Procedures are in place to ensure that all out of business hours calls are serviced with the required time scales.
